Overview
The YouTube MCN section of the Admin Dashboard facilitates the management of YouTube channel partnerships through the platform. This includes overseeing channel submissions, updating statuses, and managing provider relationships.
Channel Management Workflow
Channel Submission
- Registration: Users register their channels by filling out a detailed form, which sets the channel status to “Submitted.”
- Admin Review: Admins review the submitted channel details and documentation.
Statuses
- Approved: Channel meets all requirements for partnership.
- Rejected: Channel does not meet the criteria and is declined.
- Processing: Channel information is being processed.
- Invitation Sent: An invitation to join the MCN has been sent to the channel owner.
- Pending Review: Channel is awaiting initial review.
- Deleted: Channel has been removed from the system.
Admin Actions
- Edit Channel Details: Modify information submitted during the channel registration.
- Edit Provider: Update the provider linked to a channel.
- Delete Channel: Remove a channel from the platform.
- Bulk Update Status: Update the status of multiple channels simultaneously using a dropdown selector.

- Edit Provider: Modify details of an existing provider.
- Delete Provider: Remove a provider from the system.
